have been in the construction and homebuilding business in Southwest
Florida for over 22 years. I am a State Certified Building Contractor and
have been licensed since 1989.
During the past two decades, I have been the qualifying agent for over
2500 residential units, and have held high level executive positions with
three national builders in the Fort Myers/ Naples area.
I have put all my business and life experiences to good use by making

Green Mountain Renovations is a locally-owned family-run contracting firm.
Green Mountain specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as
room additions and small commercial projects. We have worked on homes in
some of the most prestigious communities in Southwest Florida.
We also have a division that specializes in maintenance and repairs. The
maintenance and repair division can handle everything from interior and
exterior painting, crown molding and decorative millwork, to ceramic tile,
flooring, drywall repairs, and stucco repairs. We even perform water and
