This is just a short note to express our thanks for the work Green Mountain has done on our home.

As you know, we began in January by discussing with you the addition of a bedroom and pool bath to our home in Gateway.  You worked with us to come up with a good design, and later a redesign to comply with certain site restrictions we hadn't know about at the start.  As we worked through the design and approvals our project expanded to encompass several other home improvement projects that really needed to be done, but which we couldn't do ourselves (resurfacing our pool deck, moving and reinstalling some lanai ceiling fans, installing some new kitchen lighting, replacing our old garage door with a hurricane-rated new door, replacing our old drywall ceiling in our outdoor front entry with stucco, and repainting our entire home - these were the major additions to our original construction project).
 
Our project was completed, on schedule, at the end of June.  We are delighted with the results.  Everything was done as we agreed and on time.  Your spreadsheet summary of the separate work components, and the associated pricing and payment progress made it easy to keep track of the financial end of the project, including all the changes that were made during the project.  You were very professional from start to finish, as well as responsive to questions and concerns we had from time to time along the way.

When I purchased our home in Lee County, Florida the exterior of the home needed to be painted.  I asked for proposals from many highly rated contractors.  Tony was very prompt to contact me and listen to what I needed as to the house and its special requirements.  He went to the residence and priced the work, sent me a bid via e-mail and after doing some price comparisons with other companies and checking out Green Mountain Renovations’ history I hired them.

Outside of being very professional, Tony is quite likable and easy going.  He does not pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable working with him.

His team is quite exceptional as well.  They protect your property like it is their own.  They are friendly, funny, and know their trade.  The hard working crew of gifted painters did a wonderful job.  I have hired them twice to assist me and I am about to hire them a third time.  That’s saying something because I am very detail oriented and picky as to how things are done.

We learned of Green Mountain Renovations from a neighbor who had room addition several months before us and was very happy. The recommendation couldn't have been better since we got to see first hand how their construction went.

So when we wanted to go forward and build our detached garage in our backyard we called Tony Persichilli (owner) of Green Mountain Renovations as one of our three estimates. He was not only knowledgeable on all points but also professional, punctual and artistic in his designs.

Our goal was to have the garage look like a pool house so as not to distract from our backyard pool oasis we had previously built.  We included having our existing home painted by Green Mountain Renovations with the same added decorative touches on our front garage to tie in with the new garage as Tony suggested.

We did our first small remodeling project was to make our home in Cape Coral more handicap accessible for our disabled son. I appreciated that you had good suggestions for how to achieve an attractive result. The new wider doorways permit his wheelchair to enter previously inaccessible rooms and the style of the new doors and hardware have enhanced the value of the house. I liked that your workers were prompt and courteous, and I admired their excellent workmanship. 

Later, when I wanted to remodel my master bath, I again called on Green Mountain Renovations. Your suggestion to look for a countertop remnant allowed me to obtain a much more beautiful granite top than I thought I could possibly afford. Your workers were always careful -- with my walls, my furniture and even my air conditioning bill.

Green Mountain Renovations painted the exterior of our house in Cape Coral.  The workmanship was exceptional, transforming our home from dull, drab, and outdated to a standout in the neighborhood. Tony Persichilli gave us excellent advice in determining the extent of the work, then ensured that it was done well.

The painting started with a complete power-washing of the walls, followed by repair of cracks and blemishes to the stucco, taping and masking of windows and doors, application of a primer, and finish coat of high-quality latex.  Similarly, they repaired and stained the driveway. The finished product was excellent; I doubt the house looked this good when first built. The painters were professional in every respect, taking great pride in their work. 

Every detail of the job was superbly executed. This is even more impressive when considering our painting job was not a particularly large project on Green Mountain's schedule.  From beginning to end, I felt that Tony and his crew were focused solely on my house and that they were committed to ensuring that the best possible work was done for me.

Green Mountain Renovations exceeded our expectations. The job was done on schedule, on budget, and with an eye for quality work.

Our dealings with Tony Persichilli and his crew were positive in all respects.  I recommend Green Mountain Renovations without reservation, and will certainly contract with Tony for our next home remodeling project.

I would recommend Tony Persichilli owner of Green Mountain Renovations to homeowners considering make alterations to their home.  We had some renovation work in our master bathroom which included: new cabinets; replacing all the tile; a new tile shower sub floor; a new clear glass shower he recommended to enhance the  view of the tile pattern redesign on a wall; and reconstructed the walls with mold resistant concrete sheet rock as a  moisture barrier behind the cabinets and throughout the shower walls.
